Board of Directors

The Board of Directors meets at least quarterly and is charged with the coordination of all Association business and activities on behalf of the membership. In between meetings, the Board of Directors may designate some of its responsibilities internally.

Internal Operations

Executive Committee
The seven Officers of the Board of Directors serve on the Executive Committee and handle the day-to-day business of the Association on behalf of the Board of Directors.

Advocacy Board
The Chair of each Standing Committee of the Association serves on the Advocacy Board to coordinate the advocacy efforts of the Association.

Outreach Board
Member recruitment and retention efforts are managed by the Outreach Board comprised of the Director of Outreach, Director of Communications, and the five Regional Chairs.
