Advertisement

  1. Advertising revenue is collected for, but not limited to, the following types of advertisements:
    1. Newsletter Ads.
    2. National Conference Program Book Ads.
    3. Website Banner Ads.
  2. NAGPS accepts advertisements that satisfy appropriate content guidelines, according to the following remuneration schedule:
    1. Single Price List: rates determined by the Executive Director and approved by the Board of Directors, annually in December.
    2. Conference Sponsorship:
      1. As part of a comprehensive package.
      2. As an individual item.
      3. The Executive Director will, on a case-by-case basis, negotiate and approve both types of sponsorship remunerations in consultation with the Executive Committee.
    3. In-Kind Services: on a case-by-case basis the Executive Director will negotiate specific in-kind services in consultation with the Executive Committee. 
  3. Appropriate Content:
    1. The Board of Directors will approve guidelines that govern the types of material deemed appropriate for display on the Association's media resources.
    2. These guidelines will be annually reviewed and updated in December by the Board of Directors.
